In     conformity with the

Mission Statement

of ChamberlainSprings...

One of the guiding principles of our company will be to operate in a manner which respects the ecology and the character of the community in which we conduct our business.

This means, among other things, that the maximum possible production and shipment of extracted spring water will not be our over-riding objective. We will first consider the impact of our operations on the earth and the flora and fauna of Sunny Slope Farm and the lands surrounding it, as well as on the life style of our neighbors.

We will attempt to balance an appropriate return on capital and the equity of our Members (Owner-Investors) with the long term health and peace of our environment and our neighborhood.

Mission & Philosophy

It is Chamberlain Springs’ intent to preserve the natural beauty of the land for the generations to follow.

Of particular importance will be conducting our operations in such a manner as to assure the sustainability of the land as well as the project. It is the goal of the owners of Sunny Slope Farm to place the land in conservation once the water production company has been properly established and the requisite plant and facilities for large groundwater extraction and distribution are in place.

Also, our goal will be to design any storage facilities which would be visible to the public in such a way that they will complement the existing historical architecture of the neighborhood.

It is also the

intention of the company founders

to establish a company program of benevolence and gifting once the company has begun to realize a positive net income. The beneficiaries of these gifts will be the community in which Sunny Slope Farm and the Chamberlain Springs’ production wells are located, together with other worthy beneficiaries, and with a special emphasis on the local and planetary environment.

The gifts will be established as trusts or escrowed accounts so that they can have a long term, on-going positive impact for the recipients.
