Our Mission
Chamberlain Springs is committed to providing the finest quality Spring Water for public consumption--while mindfully & responsibly developing an abundant natural resource of Sunny Slope Farm.
In doing so, we vow to be environmentally responsible and sensitive to the needs of the surrounding community.
By developing this resource we will be able to preserve and protect the 282 acres of woods, open fields and streams, and the historical buildings of Sunny Slope Farm in Alton, New Hampshire where the Chamberlain family has lived since 1937. The Chamberlains' are one of the founding families of Alton, New Hampshire and there has been a Chamberlain in Alton every single generation since 1770. We are proud of our family heritage and love our small Family Farm in our small New Hampshire town and it is our intention to honor them in all our personal and business practices.
As a profit is gained a percentage will be shared to support people and organizations that benefit our community and our world... Check the website frequently for a list of these organizations or to share the name of the worthy organization with us.

Our Product
On July 26th, 2006, after more than four years and over $1 million spent to obtain it, the NHDES issued Chamberlain Springs a large groundwater extraction permit for the extraction of 155 gallons per minute, 223,200 gallons per day of pure, clean Spring Water.
In the spring of 2008 the members of the Chamberlain Springs LLC decided to bottle our own New Hampshire Spring Water and sell it locally. We are currently securing financing to build a small mom & pop Spring Water bottling water barn at Sunny Slope Farm, where Chamberlain Springs is located.
With any luck we hope to be up and running by mid-summer 2009.
We will be selling "Nh2o, Real New Hampshire Spring Water" throughout the State of New Hampshire, but it will only be available in the State of New Hampshire!
Locally grown, locally harvested, locally sold ~ freshly harvested New Hampshire Spring Water!
"Nh2o" will be available in both 750 mL (wine bottle size!) glass (for your dinner table) and plastic bottles (so you can take them to work or the beach or on a hike). Our glass bottle will weigh 440 grams, which means it will require fewer resources to produce and fewer to transport, making it a "greener" product than most glass bottles. And our plastic bottles will be made of PET, which is one of the most recyclable products on the planet (just walk across that kitchen floor to your recycle bin, folks!). In fact, both our glass and our PET bottles can be recycled completely, 100%, with zero artifact ~just throw them in the hopper and they come out the other end ready to become another bottle or whatever!
Of course, that's after you've taken off the "Nh2o" label, which incidentally will be a collectible ~ "Nh2o" will have four different labels, one for each season, featuring designs based on images shot to right here on Sunny Slope Farm. Check the website this summer for samples of our Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn label designs!
And, just as soon as we have our water barn up and running, if you wish to refill your "Nh2o" bottle you can bring it or your own right back here to our Sunny Slope Farm, (click here for our little hand-drawn map that will take you from the Alton Traffic Circle, Center of the Known Universe, to Sunny Slope Farm), where you will find a vending machine available 24 hours a day,full of freshly harvested "Nh2o",(though we will be asking you to Please be considerate of the guests staying at Sunny Slope Farm and not barge in on a wedding or family reunion! Please come again... another day!... But, otherwise...)... Bring your "Nh2o"750 mL glass or PET bottle or any container (all the way up to a 5 gallon carboy!) to refill with "Nh2o, Real New Hampshire Spring Water" ...And did we mention that it is only available in New Hampshire!
